Every report is assembled through the same repeatable model: inspect the public buyer path, score friction by surface, document screenshot evidence, map hesitation, and rank repair actions by impact and effort.

Are confidence cues visible before decision points?

Can high-intent users call or request quickly on mobile?

Quote / contact flow

Is the action path low-friction and expectation-setting?

Do key pages answer real hesitation questions?

Local credibility

Does location/service fit appear early and clearly?

Scoring and prioritization

Findings are scored by friction severity and buyer-path impact. Priority labels (`P0`, `P1`, `P2`) are assigned based on expected commercial impact and implementation effort.

The report is advisory: no guarantees. It identifies where action is likely highest leverage before spend on ads, SEO, or redesign.
