Privacy Policy
How Veldarium handles the information you submit when requesting a revenue leak check or diagnostic. Plain English. No hidden practices.
1. What we collect
When you submit a diagnostic request, we collect:
- Business name and public website URL
- Contact name and email address
- Optional phone number
- Industry or business type and location
- Selected diagnostic tier
- Submission notes describing what feels broken
- Issues selected in the intake form
We do not ask for — and you must not submit — passwords, admin credentials, login access, sensitive financial information, customer data, or private backend configurations.
2. How we use your information
We use submitted information to:
- Review your public website and confirm fit for diagnostic services
- Send scope confirmation and payment link
- Deliver your diagnostic report via email
- Follow up on the report or quote optional services if requested
- Store the lead record for service delivery and record-keeping
Your submission is emailed to the founder (Chris Brandes) and may be stored in our database (Supabase) for service records and follow-up. We also send you a confirmation email via our email service provider (Resend) so you know your request was received.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not share your information for marketing or advertising purposes.
- We do not use your business details to contact your customers or competitors.
- We do not add you to email marketing lists without your explicit consent.
- We do not purchase or combine your data with third-party data brokers.
4. Third-party tools
We use the following tools to operate this service:
- Resend — email delivery for confirmation and report delivery. See Resend Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — database storage for submission records. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
- Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly site analytics. No cookies. No individual tracking. Aggregate data only. See Plausible Privacy Policy.
5. Data retention
We retain review submissions and report records for service delivery records, quality review, and follow-up correspondence. If you want your submitted data deleted after your review is complete, email us and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
6. Security
We use standard security practices to protect submitted data, including HTTPS, security headers, and access controls on our database. No system is perfectly secure. Do not submit passwords, credentials, or sensitive financial data through any Veldarium form. We are not responsible for breaches resulting from information you choose to submit beyond the scope described above.
