Do I need a CRM?

No. The Diagnostic and Repair Sprint work with whatever you already use — Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Google Sheets, Airtable, or just your phone and texts. If you have no system at all, that is a normal starting point, not a blocker.

What if I only use phone and text?

That is one of the most common setups we see. The lead path review covers phone and text the same as forms and email — the leaks and fixes just live in call handling, text-back timing, and follow-up messages instead of a CRM.

Do you guarantee bookings?

Can you implement the fixes for me?
