Direct answers about the process, deliverables, pricing, and what to expect. No evasion.

Quick answers first
Is the demo real data?
No. It's an illustrative example that updates based on your selections — never a live tool, never tied to your actual business.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No. The free check and diagnostic work from what you tell us and what's publicly visible. No passwords, no CRM logins, no ad account access, ever.
Do you guarantee more booked jobs?
No. Findings are advisory. Outcomes depend on your market, your offer, and how the repairs are implemented.
Can you build the repair system too?
Yes, optionally — that's the Lead Path Repair Sprint, scoped from your diagnostic findings, never sold before it.

Is this just a website audit?

No. A website audit looks at one page. Veldarium maps the whole lead path — calls, forms, texts, DMs, quotes, follow-ups, and the owner's view — and finds where serious jobs are getting lost between first inquiry and booked work. The website is one surface; the leak is usually in the handoff around it.

Is this a CRM? Do I need Jobber, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan?

No, Veldarium is not a CRM and we do not sell one. If you already run Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar, keep it — we work inside that tool and fix the process around it: how leads get captured, qualified, quoted, followed up, and reviewed. If you do not have one yet, we will tell you honestly whether you need software at all before we tell you which one.

What if I only track leads with texts and a spreadsheet?

That's a normal starting point, not a disqualifier. Some businesses run a clean lead path on texts and a spreadsheet; the diagnostic checks whether the process is working, not which software you use. If the spreadsheet is the actual leak, we'll say so — and we will not push a full CRM migration as the first move.

What if I already use Jobber, Workiz, or Housecall Pro?

Good — keep it. Veldarium is not a CRM and does not replace one. We work inside the tools you already use and fix the operating system around them: how leads get captured, qualified, quoted, followed up, and reviewed. You may already own the right tool; the leak is the process around it.

What if I do not have enough leads?

Then it's even more important not to lose the ones you have. Veldarium is about converting the leads you already earn, not buying more. If a missed call or an un-followed-up quote is losing real jobs, plugging that is usually cheaper and faster than more ad spend. If you have almost no inbound at all, we'll tell you that honestly.

Will this guarantee more jobs?

No. We do not guarantee leads, revenue, bookings, or any specific outcome. Findings are advisory, and results depend on how the repairs are implemented and on market conditions. What we commit to is a specific, honest map of where your lead path is leaking and a practical plan to fix it.

Do I need to give you logins?

Not for the free check — it uses the details you provide and what is publicly visible. No passwords, no CRM access, no ad account. A paid diagnostic or a repair sprint may need limited, scoped access to install fixes, but only what's agreed in writing. Never send passwords or sensitive customer data through our forms.

What do I need to send you to get started?

Just your business name, website or Google Business Profile URL, and a short answer on how leads currently reach you (phone, form, text, DM). That's enough for the free check. Never send passwords, customer data, or payment information through any of our forms — a paid diagnostic will request only specific, scoped access, agreed in writing, if it's needed at all.

Can you implement the fixes for me?

Yes, optionally. After the diagnostic you can fix it yourself, hand it to your team, or have Veldarium install the repair through a Lead Path Repair Sprint — scripts, forms, pipeline, follow-up sequence, and owner dashboard set up inside your current tools. The sprint is a separate, scoped engagement. It is never required.

How fast do I get the free check?

The Free Revenue Leak Check is a written first look, not an instant automated report. It's reviewed personally, so expect a turnaround in a few business days rather than seconds. You'll get three likely revenue leaks, one missed-lead risk, one immediate fix, and a suggested next step.

What happens after the free check?

Nothing automatic. The free check stands on its own — you keep the findings with no obligation. If you want the full picture, you can book a paid Revenue Leak Diagnostic. If you want it built for you, you can scope a Repair Sprint. If you want it maintained, there's a Monthly Revenue Ops Watch. You choose the next step, if any.

What happens after the paid diagnostic specifically?

You receive the full written packet — lead path map, ranked leak table, scripts, pipeline stages, and a 7-day repair plan — and it is yours to keep and act on with no further obligation. Most owners either implement it in-house, hand it to a developer, or ask Veldarium to install it through a scoped Repair Sprint. There is no automatic upsell call and no recurring charge tied to the diagnostic itself.

Is the demo on your site real data?

No. The Revenue Path Demo on the homepage is an illustrative model that changes its output based on the selectors you choose — it is not connected to any real business, and it is not a live tool you install. A real diagnostic maps your actual lead path, not a simulated one.

What type of businesses is this not for?

Veldarium is built only for quote-based service businesses — where a customer inquires, you qualify, you quote, and the job has to be followed up until it's booked or lost. It's not for e-commerce, instant-checkout products, SaaS, or businesses that don't quote. We stay narrow on purpose so the work is specific and useful.

Is this a sales pitch for a monthly retainer?

No. The diagnostic is a standalone service and you own the output. There is no required monthly contract. The Monthly Revenue Ops Watch exists for owners who want ongoing pipeline review, but it is optional and quoted separately — never a condition of the diagnostic.

Do you offer refunds?

Paid diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the review work has begun. If we cannot complete the review for a reason on our end, we'll offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference. The free check carries no charge and no obligation.
