Is this a full website rebuild?
No. This is a diagnostic review. You receive a report showing what is likely hurting calls, quotes, bookings, and trust. You choose what to fix. If you want implementation help, we can quote a Repair Sprint separately.
Do you guarantee more leads?
No. We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, leads, or specific business outcomes. The review identifies likely friction points and practical improvements based on website clarity, positioning, user experience, trust signals, and basic local search visibility.
Can you make the fixes?
Yes. After the report, we can quote a focused Repair Sprint for homepage clarity, CTA flow, mobile layout, trust sections, service pages, and basic local SEO. Repair work requires a separate written agreement and approval.
How long does it take?
Friction Scans are typically delivered within 2 business days. Website Friction Reports within 3–4 business days. Deep Site Forensics within 5–7 business days.
Who is this best for?
Local service businesses, contractors, home service operators, gyms and trainers, restaurants, consultants, and any business where customer trust directly affects conversion.
What if my site is already good?
If the review finds only minor issues, we will tell you. We do not invent problems. You may still benefit from the competitor comparison and local search review in Deep Site Forensics.
Do I need analytics access?
No. We review the public-facing website and local search presence. Analytics access can help but is not required for any tier.
Can you review competitors?
Competitor comparison is included in Deep Site Forensics. We review publicly visible competitor sites to identify positioning gaps and opportunities.
Who is behind this?
Veldarium Site Forensics is run by Cazar Brandes. Every report is reviewed personally — not by software or outsourced analysts. You can email founders@veldarium.com with questions before buying.
Is this a sales pitch for a monthly retainer?
No. The diagnostic is a one-time flat fee. You own the report. There is no monthly contract. If you want implementation help, we quote a scoped Repair Sprint separately. Most clients fix the report themselves or hand it to their developer.
What is the Website Friction Score?
It is an advisory rating from 0–100 based on six categories: homepage clarity, trust/proof, mobile action path, quote/contact flow, service depth, and local visibility. It helps prioritize fixes, not replace judgment.
Do you offer refunds?
Review fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If we cannot complete the review due to technical issues on our end, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your preference.
