How Veldarium stays honest.
We map and repair the lead path of quote-based service businesses. We do not guarantee outcomes. We do not invent proof. We do not need your passwords for a free check. Here is exactly what we do, what we never need, and how we handle your information.
What we review
Contact forms and quote request paths
How inquiries arrive and whether the right information gets captured before a quote is sent.
Missed-call handling
What happens when a caller does not get through — voicemail, text-back, timing, and recovery.
Text and email follow-up
Whether there is a written sequence after a quote is sent, and what happens if the lead goes quiet.
Lead qualification flow
Whether serious buyers are being separated from vague quote shoppers before quoting.
Quote handoff and sent-but-not-followed-up
How quotes move from sent to booked — and what happens when they don't.
No-response rescue messages
Whether there is a process to revive leads that go quiet after first contact or after a quote.
Owner visibility
Whether the owner can clearly see what is new, open, quoted, stale, won, or lost.
CRM or spreadsheet handoff
How leads move through the tools in use and whether anything falls through the cracks.
What we never need (and never do)
How Veldarium avoids overbuilding
The fastest way to waste a repair budget is installing more system than the business needs.
Diagnose before prescribing
We map the workflow before recommending anything. A fix proposed before the diagnostic is a guess, not a repair.
The lightest working version first
Sometimes the right answer is a cleaned-up spreadsheet or Airtable, not custom software. We say so even when it means a smaller invoice.
Sized to the business, not the vendor
An owner-only crew gets a small system. A multi-crew operation gets more. We do not sell the same build to everyone.
What you get back
Plain-English leak notes
Named leaks, ranked by severity, written so the owner understands them in five minutes.
Lead path observations
A step-by-step view of how a job moves from first inquiry to booked work — and where it breaks.
Specific repair opportunities
Not vague advice. Actual things to fix, in priority order, with a rationale.
Scripts or message examples where useful
Missed-call recovery text, quote follow-up sequence, no-response rescue message.
Next-step recommendation
Whether a paid Diagnostic makes sense, a repair sprint is appropriate, or no further engagement is needed.
Honest fit assessment
If the business is not a fit, or the issue is not a lead-path leak, that is what the report says.
Veldarium is not
Understanding what this is not makes it easier to understand what it is.
What we do not guarantee
Veldarium does not guarantee revenue increases, close-rate lifts, lead volume, or booking rates. Findings are advisory. Results depend on implementation, market conditions, and how fast the owner acts on the repair path. We will not manufacture certainty where none exists.
Revenue leaks are not mysterious. They happen where nobody owns the next step.
Veldarium is founder-led by an operator who thinks in handoffs, process clarity, vendor coordination, documentation, follow-through, and practical execution. That background matters because most lead leaks look like invisible gaps — a call that just goes to voicemail, a quote that sits unopened, a follow-up that nobody tracks — until someone maps the full path and names every step.
Every review is done personally so the output stays specific, plain-English, and tied to the actual lead path — not a generic automated score or outsourced checklist.

What a good-fit buyer can expect
A skeptical owner who fills out the free check should expect this.
Diagnosis comes first
Every engagement starts with the lead path. We do not sell repair or monthly watch before understanding where the leak is.
Repair Sprint scope is defined in writing
If you want fixes installed, the Lead Path Repair Sprint is a separate, scoped engagement with its own agreement — never assumed.
Monthly Watch is optional
Ongoing pipeline review is quoted separately after a diagnostic or sprint. No required retainer.
We are not a CRM
Veldarium is not Jobber, Workiz, Housecall Pro, or ServiceTitan, and not a replacement for them. We fix the process around them.
Founder-led delivery
Reviewed personally. Capacity is limited on purpose. We do not pretend to be a large agency.
Honest fit
If your business is not a fit, or the issue isn't a lead-path leak, we will say so rather than sell you something.
Why the free check and sample diagnostic exist
Veldarium has no fake testimonials, client logos, or case studies to point to, because we will not invent them. Instead of asking you to trust a claim, we let you inspect the actual thing before you pay for anything.
The Sample Diagnostic
A full, fictional example of the paid deliverable — the same structure, depth, and format a real buyer receives. It exists so you can judge the work before spending $349–$499 on it, not after.
The Free Revenue Leak Check
A real, no-cost first look at your own business — not a demo. It exists so you can judge the value of a deeper Diagnostic using your own leaks, before committing to anything paid.
