Lead Path Repair Sprint · The core installation offer

We take the repair queue from the Diagnostic and install the highest-value fixes first.

The Diagnostic is the map. The Sprint is where the operating path actually gets installed — missed-call recovery, quote follow-up, qualifying intake, a visible pipeline, job status, deposit and invoice triggers, and an owner dashboard, built inside the tools you already use. We do not install blind: the Diagnostic keeps the repair focused and prevents random automation work.

Scope My RepairStart With Diagnostic

Repair without diagnosis is guesswork.

Veldarium does not quote repair work before understanding where the lead path is actually leaking.

Scoped to real findings

The sprint is built against your actual diagnostic — not generic best practices invented without evidence.

Ranked by lost revenue

Highest-leak fixes first. Missed calls and dead quotes before nice-to-haves.

Focused, not open-ended

A sprint is typically one to four weeks. Not a six-month engagement with sliding scope.

Sample repair queue.

This is the format your sprint is built from. Every item is leak-backed. Fictional example — Harborline Exterior Cleaning.

Medium
Caveat: Built inside the current CRM, Google Sheets, or Airtable. We install the simplest working version, not the most complex.
P2
No weekly owner review
Evidence: LEAK-05 — Owner has no recurring view of open quotes, stale leads, or follow-ups due. Decisions run on memory.
Fix type
Weekly owner dashboard + intake SOP
Owner
Veldarium + Staff
Complexity
Medium
repair confidence
Medium
Caveat: Requires owner to commit to a short weekly review for the system to hold.

Fictional example only. Your actual repair queue is built from your specific diagnostic findings. Items, priorities, and owners will vary based on what the evidence shows. High repair confidence means the fix is well-defined and commonly effective. Medium means the fix is correct but the outcome depends on implementation quality or factors outside Veldarium's control. No outcome guarantee is made or implied.

What a sprint installs.

Focused implementation against the diagnostic findings — inside the tools you already use.

Missed-call recovery

Automatic text-back and voicemail script so callers you miss on a job do not call the next company.

Quote follow-up sequence

A same-day, day-2, day-4, and day-7 message set, written for your trade, with open quotes tracked.

Qualifying intake form

Questions that separate serious buyers from shoppers and capture what you need to quote accurately.

Simple pipeline

Stages, statuses, and next-action dates so every lead has an owner and a step — in your CRM, Sheets, or Airtable.

Job status board

Scheduled, in progress, waiting on customer, waiting on materials, ready to invoice — visible to more than just the owner.

Deposit and invoice workflow

Deposits and invoices trigger off job status instead of someone remembering to send them.

No-response rescue

A clean way to revive stale quotes without sounding desperate — text, email, and phone versions.

Owner weekly dashboard + SOP

A short weekly view of open quotes, jobs, money waiting, follow-ups due, and stale leads, plus a staff intake SOP.

Why this is not a CRM migration.

Software theater is not the goal. A working path is.

Veldarium may use the tools you already have — Jobber, Housecall Pro, Google Sheets, Airtable, or a simple shared inbox. The goal is the operating path, not a new piece of software. We only recommend new tools when your current setup genuinely cannot support the path.

A full CRM migration is scoped separately, if it is ever the right move at all. Most businesses do not need one. A fancy CRM with bad rules is still a leaking business.

Why this is not a marketing agency.

More leads do not fix a broken follow-up path.

Veldarium does not promise more leads and does not manage ad campaigns. The sprint fixes the path after a lead arrives — the calls, quotes, follow-up, job status, and invoicing that turn an inquiry into paid, collected revenue.

Marketing can pour more water into the bucket later. It only makes sense to spend on that once the holes in the bucket are fixed — otherwise more leads just mean more leaks.

What a sprint does not include.

Clear scope limits keep the cost fair and the promise honest.

A new CRM or CRM migration

We work inside your current tools. We do not move you onto new software unless you ask and it is scoped separately. Some businesses need a cleaned-up spreadsheet, not a rebuild.

Paid advertising management

We do not manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, or paid media campaigns.

Guaranteed outcomes

We install the system. Leads, revenue, and bookings depend on implementation and market conditions — not guaranteed.

Compliance or legal audits

Regulatory and legal compliance require qualified specialists.

Unlimited revisions

The sprint includes a defined scope and one review round. Additional changes are quoted separately.

Required ongoing retainer

The sprint is a scoped project. Monthly Revenue Ops Watch is optional and quoted separately.

How the sprint runs.

From diagnostic to installed system in focused steps.

1. Diagnostic delivered

You receive the full Revenue Leak Diagnostic with the ranked leak table.

2. Scope quoted

We quote a focused sprint based on actual findings. No guesswork in the estimate.

3. Agreement signed

A separate written agreement defines scope, timeline, and cost before work begins.

4. System installed

We install the highest-leak fixes in priority order, inside your current tools.

5. Review and handoff

You review the system. We hand off scripts, the pipeline, and a short training note.

6. Optional Monthly Watch

If you want monthly review after repair, we can quote a Monthly Revenue Ops Watch.

Typical Repair Sprint range

$1,500 – $5,000

Scope depends on how many parts of the lead path need work, the tools in use, and whether copywriting or setup of a new pipeline is needed. We quote only after the diagnostic is complete — the estimate is based on actual findings, not assumptions.

A separate written agreement is required before any work begins. No repair work is included in the diagnostic fee. No outcome guarantee is made or implied.

When a sprint is worth it.

Not every business needs a sprint. Here is when it makes sense.

The diagnostic shows clear, fixable leaks

If the report finds specific missed-call, quote, or follow-up leaks, a sprint can install the fixes in order.

You do not have time to build it

If nobody on the team will set up the scripts, pipeline, and dashboard, Veldarium can install it.

You are about to buy more leads

Before more ad spend, the path should be ready to hold the leads you already get.

Leads are slipping through the cracks

If you know jobs are being lost in the handoff but can't keep up, a sprint closes the gaps.

You want speed over DIY

A sprint gets the system installed in weeks, not months of good intentions.

You want a clean handoff

After the sprint you receive scripts, the pipeline, and a training note your staff can follow.

When not to buy a sprint.

Veldarium will tell you directly if a sprint is not the right move.

The diagnostic finds only minor leaks

If the lead path is already tight, we will say to adjust a few things yourself rather than pay for a sprint.

You have someone who can build it

If your team can execute the repair queue, you may not need Veldarium to implement.

You have almost no inbound at all

If the real problem is no demand, a sprint will not fix that. We will tell you upfront.

You want guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee leads, revenue, or bookings. A sprint installs the system — not a promise of results.

After the sprint — optional Monthly Revenue Ops Watch

After the sprint, Veldarium can quote a Monthly Revenue Ops Watch if you want the pipeline reviewed monthly instead of letting it drift again. The Watch keeps a second set of eyes on the parts of the lead path that cost you jobs: stale quotes, missed follow-ups, ghosted leads, and pipeline hygiene.

Scope the repair.

The Sprint is scoped from your Diagnostic findings so the install targets the leaks actually costing you jobs — not a guess at what might be wrong.
