Veldarium
Founder-led revenue operations

An operator's read on the mess between lead and payment.

Chris Brandes personally reviews calls, forms, quotes, follow-up, job status, invoicing, and owner-visibility gaps before a diagnostic goes out. Not a big agency, not an outsourced team, not a scanning tool with a human name attached. The goal is to find where revenue is leaking between lead and payment — before you spend more on ads or new software — and to make the next step obvious.

Chris Brandes
Founder of Veldarium

I started Veldarium because I kept seeing the same thing in quote-based service businesses: the leads were already there, but revenue was leaking the whole way from first contact to final payment. A missed call never got recovered. A quote got sent once and was never followed up. A job finished and the invoice sat for weeks. Leads and customer history sat across texts, forms, Facebook, and voicemail with no single view. The work was being earned and then quietly lost — in the handoff, in the job, or in the billing.

Owners knew something was wrong but could not point to where. Agencies pitched more ads. CRM vendors pitched more software. Nobody mapped the actual path a job takes from first inquiry through estimate, booking, job status, and payment — and showed exactly where it breaks down. That map — and the repair plan that comes with it — is what Veldarium does.

Veldarium is run as an operating method, not vague commentary. Each diagnostic runs the same lenses: lead capture, qualification, quote build, quote send, follow-up, job status, invoicing, and owner visibility — then produces repair artifacts an owner can use the same day. No fake proof. No guaranteed outcomes.

Why workflow leaks matter more than more leads

Most quote-based businesses do not have a traffic problem. They have a handoff problem — and it doesn't stop at booking.

A serious buyer who calls during a job and hits voicemail is worth the same as one who never called — unless the missed call is recovered.
A quote with no follow-up sequence depends on the customer remembering you. Most do not.
Leads scattered across texts, forms, and Facebook with no single view means nobody knows who needs a next step.
Buying more leads on top of a leaking path just pours more water through the same holes.
The owner is often the only person who knows the real status of each open job.
Bad-fit quote shoppers burn the same hours as serious buyers when intake does not qualify.
A job that finishes without an invoice going out is work that's done but not yet earned.
Happy one-time customers who never get a reactivation message are recurring revenue left on the table.

How reports are created

Real review, not a scan

Every diagnostic is reviewed personally against the lead path. No automated report generator, no outsourced analysts.

Client-provided and public info

We work from what you tell us and what is publicly visible. No passwords, no CRM logins for the free check.

Specific to your business

Findings reference your actual channels, quote process, and follow-up gaps — not a templated checklist.

Ranked by leak severity

Leaks are ordered by how much serious work they cost and how fast they can be repaired.

Written for operators

Plain English. An owner should understand every finding and hand it to staff the same day.

Repair-ready

Each report ships scripts, forms, statuses, follow-up rules, a pipeline, and a 7-day repair plan.

Why diagnosis comes before CRM, ads, or a redesign

Most vendors start with a solution: a new CRM, an ad campaign, a website rebuild. Veldarium starts with a question — where is the current lead flow actually leaking? The diagnostic tells you what is really wrong before you spend money fixing the wrong thing.

After the report you have three options: fix it yourself, hand it to your team, or have Veldarium install the repair through a Lead Path Repair Sprint. The diagnostic is valuable regardless of which path you choose, because you now know exactly where serious jobs are disappearing.

The boundaries that keep this honest

No outsourcing

Reviewed personally by the founder. Capacity is limited on purpose.

No fake proof

No fake testimonials, logos, case studies, revenue numbers, or screenshots.

No guaranteed outcomes

Findings are advisory. Results depend on implementation and market conditions.

No CRM migration required

Veldarium works inside the tools you already use.

No ad account required

This is about the leads you already earn, not buying more.
