Terms & Disclaimer

1. Nature of service

Veldarium provides business consulting opinions in the form of lead-path diagnostic reports. Reports are based on information the client provides and on publicly visible elements of the business's lead path — calls, forms, texts, quote process, follow-up, and owner visibility. Reports are advisory business opinions, not legal opinions, compliance certifications, penetration tests, or security audits.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Veldarium does not guarantee rankings, revenue, leads, calls, bookings, sales, traffic, conversion rates, security posture, compliance, or any other specific business outcome. Results depend on market conditions, competition, the quality of implementation, customer behavior, platform constraints, and factors entirely outside Veldarium's control. No language on this website or in any report should be read as a guarantee of outcome.

3. Public-site review only

All diagnostic reviews are conducted using publicly visible website pages only. Do not submit passwords, admin credentials, backend access, private customer data, API keys, or any sensitive credentials through Veldarium intake forms or email. Veldarium does not request and does not accept login access to any system. Submitting credentials against this instruction is at your own risk.

4. Client responsibility

The client is solely responsible for all final business decisions, implementation choices, vendor relationships, legal compliance, and operational actions. Veldarium reports are advisory. Veldarium is not responsible for decisions made based on report findings, nor for the outcome of any repairs, redesigns, or changes made in response to the report.

5. Pricing and payment

Diagnostic tier pricing is stated at the time of purchase. Pricing may change without notice for new submissions. No diagnostic review begins until scope and payment are confirmed in writing. Lead Path Repair Sprint work and Monthly Revenue Ops Watch service each require a separate written agreement and payment confirmation before any work begins.

6. Refunds

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the review has begun, because the work is custom to the specific website submitted. If Veldarium determines it cannot complete the review after payment has been received — due to a technical issue or scope incompatibility on Veldarium's end — a full refund will be offered. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after review begins.

7. Repair Sprint and Monthly Watch

Lead Path Repair Sprint implementation and Monthly Revenue Ops Watch oversight are each separate services, separately quoted, and each require a written agreement before work begins. These services are optional. No diagnostic report fee includes repair or ongoing oversight work unless explicitly stated in a separately signed agreement. Repair Sprint scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost are defined per engagement. Monthly Revenue Ops Watch is quoted monthly and does not constitute a guaranteed retainer or emergency support service.

8. What is not included

Unless explicitly stated in a separately signed agreement, Veldarium diagnostic reports do not include:

• ADA or WCAG accessibility compliance certification or review
• Legal compliance review of any kind
• HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, or any other regulatory compliance review
• Penetration testing or active security vulnerability scanning
• Managed security monitoring or incident response
• Paid advertising strategy, management, or performance review
• Guaranteed SEO ranking improvements or backlink campaigns
• Full website rebuilds (Repair Sprint is a focused implementation, not a rebuild)

9. Intellectual property

The diagnostic report is delivered to the purchasing client for internal use only. You may share the report with your developer, contractor, or employees. You may not resell, redistribute publicly, or publish the report as your own work without written permission from Veldarium.

10. Data handling

Submissions may be stored in our database and emailed to the operator for service delivery and follow-up. We do not sell your data. See the Privacy Policy for full details on retention, third-party tools, and deletion requests.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veldarium's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a diagnostic report or any associated service is limited to the fee paid for that specific engagement. Veldarium is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, lost business opportunity, or costs of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Placeholder — final governing law and venue have not yet been set by attorney review. Until finalized, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the state in which Veldarium is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute is intended to be brought in the courts located in that state. This section will be updated with the specific state once confirmed.

13. Dispute resolution

Placeholder — final dispute-resolution process has not yet been set by attorney review. Before filing any formal claim, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve a dispute directly by email at founders@veldarium.com. Whether disputes beyond that are handled in court, through arbitration, or another process is not yet finalized and will be updated here once decided.
